Permanent, precise, professional — how we bring your brand to life on our products.
When a customer wants their logo on a product, they have options. Stickers. Screen printing. Heat transfer. Pad printing.
But for customers who want a permanent, professional, and precise mark — we recommend laser engraving.
This guide explains what laser engraving is, why it works, how we do it, and what types of products and materials we work with.
Laser engraving uses a focused beam of light to remove the surface layer of a material, creating a permanent mark.
Unlike printing or stickers, laser engraving:
Does not wear off over time
Does not peel or scratch off
Produces clean, precise lines
Works on a variety of materials
The result is a mark that lasts the lifetime of the product.
| Benefit | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Permanent | Won‘t fade, peel, or rub off — even with repeated use and washing |
| Precise | Sharp lines, accurate placement, consistent quality across every unit |
| Professional | Gives products a premium, high-end look |
| Fast | Quick setup and production, suitable for various order sizes |
| Versatile | Works on plastic, metal, and other materials |
| Cost-effective | No consumables like inks or films — just electricity and maintenance |
Step 1: Artwork Review
The customer sends us their logo file. We check:
Format — Vector files (AI, CDR, EPS) are preferred for best results
Line thickness — Very thin lines may not engrave clearly
Details — Complex details may need simplification
Size — We confirm the logo will fit properly on the product
If the artwork needs adjustment, we provide recommendations before we begin. Better to fix it on screen than on the product.
Step 2: Material and Parameter Setup
Different materials require different laser settings.
We set:
Power — Too high, and it burns the material. Too low, and it won‘t leave a mark.
Speed — Too fast, and the engraving is shallow. Too slow, and it may over-burn.
Focus — The laser must be perfectly focused for a sharp result.
For each material, we calibrate the machine to achieve the best balance of clarity, depth, and speed.
Step 3: Test Engraving
Before we run the full order, we test on a sample piece first.
We check:
Depth — Deep enough to be permanent, but not so deep it weakens the part
Clarity — Edges are clean, details are visible
Position — The logo is correctly placed on the product
If anything isn‘t right, we adjust and test again. We don’t move to production until we‘re satisfied.
Step 4: Production
Once the test is approved, we proceed with the full order.
During production we monitor:
Consistency — Every piece must look the same
Speed — Efficient production while maintaining quality
Material behavior — Some materials may react differently from the test piece
For larger runs, we periodically check samples to ensure consistency throughout the production process. If we detect any drift in quality, we recalibrate immediately.
Step 5: Quality Inspection
Every engraved piece is inspected before packing.
We check for:
Complete and clear logo
Correct position and alignment
No damage to the surrounding area
If it doesn‘t meet the standard, it doesn’t ship.
| Material | Typical Products |
|---|---|
| ABS Plastic | Mop handles, buckets, plastic parts |
| PP Plastic | Housings, caps, components |
| Metal | Metal connectors, brackets, hardware |
| Aluminum | High-end handles, fittings |
We work with our customers to determine the right material and engraving approach for their specific product.
Spin mop handles
Flat mop handles
Spray mop triggers and nozzles
Plastic buckets
Metal connectors
Custom components
We also advise on logo placement. Some parts of a product work better for engraving than others. We help with placement decisions that maximize visibility and durability.
To start your laser engraving project, we need:
Logo file — Vector format preferred (AI, CDR, EPS, SVG)
Product type — What product are you putting the logo on?
Placement — Where on the product do you want the logo?
Quantity — How many units?
We‘ll review your artwork and provide feedback and a quote.
Laser engraving is just one of our OEM services. We also offer:

One of our customers recently wanted their logo on a new line of cleaning tools. They wanted a mark that would last — not a sticker, not temporary printing.
We recommended laser engraving.
We reviewed their artwork, adjusted the file slightly, tested the engraving on a sample, and got their approval. The full order was produced, inspected, and shipped.
The customer received products with clean, permanent logos — exactly as they wanted.
If you‘re considering product branding — whether for a supermarket line, a retail brand, or a distributor’s own label — we can help you get it right from the start.
